Maher especially went out of the way, throughout the entire process, from easing my initial anxiety, to assisting in filing, insurance inspection, insurance appraisal, working with the appraiser, helping to select the roof and gutters of our choice, to finally ensuring everything was installed to my fullest satisfaction. Cam and Trevor from the Project coordination team kept me well informed ahead of time at every stage of the project. There was open and honest communication from everyone involved. I never felt a lapse anytime. Both the roof and gutter installation teams had a great attitude and displayed very high work ethics and honesty. They arrived on time and were very respectful of my property, ensuring no damage occurred during the entire time. The craftsman ship of the gutter installers was evident, from precise measurements to the careful placement of each gutter section. The materials used for both the roof and gutters were of the highest quality, ensuring durability and longevity for years to come. Plus, the work was completed within the promised timeframe, demonstrating their dedication to both efficiency and excellence. My new roof and gutters not only enhance the curb appeal of my home but also gives me peace of mind knowing it was done right and will last for years to come.
