"We had a bit of a unique experience with our roof install. After getting estimates from multiple companies, we chose a different contractor as their schedule fit our schedule. The contractor we choose did things very unsatisfactory, therefore we parted ways. But, by doing so, he also left us without a roof for several weeks. Ben, your salesman came by to look at our house again and to get some added measurements. He was able to quote me a reasonable price. At that time, he told me it would be 2-3 weeks before they could start. But, in our situation with not having a roof, he said he would contact the scheduler and try to get it done sooner. I got a call 6 days later saying they could do it the next day. They started on Tuesday morning and finished up Wednesday afternoon. Their willingness and ability to get us a proper roof quickly was unbelievable. The quality of the roof is outstanding. We have very thankful for ABC and love our new roof. They really helped us out of a jam."
