Within 20 minutes, Robbie was at our door smiling and very professional. He walked us through the process and was very personable and honest. It was such a blessing to hear honesty! Robbie also offered to be present when the insurance adjuster arrived to ensure that nothing was missed. He is AMAZING! He communicated very consistently, including returning phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner. He also was very knowledgeable and trustworthy and so pleasant. He never tried to sell us anything we didn't need and exhibited integrity in every interaction. After we received a very thorough quote through email, with pictures and explanations, and agreed to sign with them, within a couple weeks, we received a call from Jason (J.R.) regarding scheduling the roof work. I was so impressed because with all of the homes hit in our area and the number of homes I knew they were working on, I was prepared to patiently wait a couple of months. J.R. and his very professional crew arrived on a Wednesday morning and worked through the day until after supper to ensure that the house AND garage roof were complete. Prior to the start of the work, J.R. walked around the outside of the house with us to make sure he knew of anything that needed to be protected during the work. He even expressed care for our dog, ensuring she wouldn't be skittish in the house with the roof work going on. J.R. returned after the completion of the roof and asked if we were satisfied with the work, and gave us information on when to expect the gutters to be completed. We would work with J.R. again and again. He's such a great guy! We are entirely impressed! We have even now requested a quote for additional work that we hadn't originally intended on doing. We give them both thumbs up and would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you Total Exteriors for your integrity, professionalism, timeliness, and quality work!
