Outstanding experience with Allen Bontrager Carpentry!

From start to finish, ABC crew were absolutely top-notch. They completely transformed our outdoor space with a 15ft x 25ft TimberTech composite deck that exceeded our expectations in every way. The project involved removing an old rubber roof and deck boards, inspecting and reinforcing the framing, adding new footings, and building a beautiful new addition that connects seamlessly to the 2nd level of our home.

The craftsmanship is exceptional — every board is perfectly aligned, the picture frame border looks incredible, and the Tuscany black railing ties it all together with a clean, modern look. They even installed a gutter system under the deck so the area below stays dry.

Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. ABC kept us updated on progress and timing, answered every question, and made sure we were happy with each step before moving forward. The team was also punctual, professional, and left the site spotless every day.

We had a bit of a unique experience with our roof install. After getting estimates from multiple companies, we chose a different contractor as their schedule fit our schedule. The contractor we choose did things very unsatisfactory, therefore we parted ways. But, by doing so, he also left us without a roof for several weeks. Ben, your salesman came by to look at our house again and to get some added measurements. He was able to quote me a reasonable price. At that time, he told me it would be 2-3 weeks before they could start. But, in our situation with not having a roof, he said he would contact the scheduler and try to get it done sooner. I got a call 6 days later saying they could do it the next day. They started on Tuesday morning  and finished up Wednesday afternoon.  Their willingness and ability to get us a proper roof quickly was unbelievable. The quality of the roof is outstanding. We have very thankful for ABC and love our new roof. They really helped us out of a jam...

Everyone we interacted with from Mark who came out to give our estimate to the entire crew who were polite, worked hard and fast, and were very helpful with any questions.  The new roof and door wrappings look great and the price was very fair. We were very happy with the entire operation and did already recommend to a friend and we will use them again when needed. Great job...
