William Leitzel says: „We have been using Vance for our HVAC maintenance for a couple years now and have been more than satisfied with their service. They initially talked us out of an expensive A/C replacement after their service tech discovered that the A/C unit in our house had been installed improperly! Our house A/C had been working great every since and that alone gave them a great reputation in our book. We just hired Vance to install a mini-split for our attached garage and we are, again, thrilled with the result! They were able to show up the next morning for the install after my wife booked with them. Shay, Calvin and Denny were outside our house right on time at 7:30. Their expertise enabled them to immediately identify building-code conflicts with our proposed location for the condensor (that two other companies who quoted us had missed) and Shay was on the line with his supervisor in the time it took me to turn around and was already discussing potential solutions. By 11am, the originally quoted 'straightforward-job' (shout-out to Todd, I'm totally stealing that one) estimated completion time, we had cool air blowing out of our brand new mini-split in our garage. On top of all that it was probably twice as hard of an install seeing as they had to mount it above our pool equipment on the side of the building. I think the guys enjoyed the challenge cause they were infectious pleasant about the whole process, total professionals and the work looks fantastic. Thank you Shay, Calvin, Denny, Todd and the whole Vance team. It's nice to know there are companies out there that do great work and still care about their customers, I look forward to being one of those customers as long as I live in Yakima! Edit Saturday August 8th, 2024 A/C went out during a 105 degree Friday, thankfully we caught it early enough to shut off the fan and stop it from pushing warm air around and called Vance as early as we could. Sadly, it was still after their normal hours but the after hours emergency service contacted us and we were incredibly relieved an emergency technician could come on Saturday afternoon! Daniel Garcia, who volunteered to help out on his day off due to so many calls, was able to make it out to us before noon, established what the problem was and had our unit fixed within fifteen minutes of showing up.
