I had a great experience with Valiant Roofing. They were very responsive and attentive to my questions and requests. They made getting a roof replacement far less stressful than anticipated as they were truly a one stop shop. Not only did they replace the roof, they replaced the gutters, painted replacement fascia and boards, and also helped to facilitate the sheet rock repairs in the garage from storm damage. Everything was accomplished with such efficiency, speed, and professionalism.

On top of that, everything looks great and the price was very reasonable...

We highly recommend Valiant. They are professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I had some questions about our 1950s roof, and they took the time to explain the structure for me so I felt confident about the quality of our house and how the Valiant team’s craftsmanship worked with the unique qualities of our quirky mid-century home. The work crew was so friendly and efficient, and I am thrilled with the results. I never thought a roof could be beautiful, but the photos they took with their drone really do show a beautiful new roof on my house...

WOW! We’ve always enjoyed returning back to our home before, but now, we’re 	happier than ever. That’s because the best-looking roof around---you guessed it---is 	OURS!
It was installed last week by Valiant Roofing of Vancouver. Boy, what a good 	decision it was to choose them.
Initially, we contacted four roofers for bids. At first, we were tempted to choose 	one of the first three. Then, enter Valiant. They did several things better than anyone	else. These include:
1.	Best communication. They sent many detailed descriptions of what was covered and what was not. Some of the other companies sent 4-6 pages. Valiant sent about 30+. They were very thorough.
2.	Rapid follow-through. We quickly received texts, e-mails and phone calls, all the way from our initial interview, throughout the scheduling, installation, clean-up, and final inspection.
3.	Supervision. Could there be a more responsive, positive, informed, hands-on supervisor (named Judy) than theirs? She was amazing and pretty darned fun to worth with. Thanks Judy.
4.	Price. Valiant’s bid was the 2nd lowest of the four companies we considered. In fact,
it was several thousand dollars less than the top bid.
5.	Thorough in every way. The staff was prompt and professional, from the installation, clean-up, and final inspection. Also, it was quite hot (over 90 degrees), and still the installers continued to work as a steady, coordinated crew.
6.	Our roof? It’s gorgeous. Dang! We choose a two-tone tannish-brown that we feel is striking, in comparison to some other shades (just our opinion). The roof is obviously brand new, and it looks like it, too.
So, if we were teachers---which we are not---we would give Valiant an A+. We are thrilled with it every day. Come see it sometime if you’re out our way. We’re easy to find. Just look for the best-looking roof in town.

Our neighbor recommended Valiant, so I included them with two other local roofing companies. I went with Valiant based on the discussions I had with Lucas. He answered all my questions and instilled confidence in the company and the products they used. Valiant also provided three price tiers, which none of the other companies did.

The roofing teardown and installation went smoothly; the roofers were hard-working and very courteous. Judy oversaw the job. She was great at making everything run smoothly, addressing any questions. The job was completed on schedule, with no surprises. They cleaned everything up so we couldn’t even tell they had been here (other than our new, beautiful roof).

I was especially impressed with all of the customer attention through the whole process, not only during the bid process and installation, but also the follow-through to make sure I was happy with the job. Valiant knocked it out of the park, and I recommend them highly...
