A big thank you to NW Roofers for completing the replacement of our roof within just two days! Isaac, Pablo, Ryan, Gabe, and Marlon were all incredibly polite and professional. They arrived promptly at 7 a.m. on Tuesday and had the new roof finished by 4 p.m. on Wednesday.

The team efficiently removed the old roof, prepared the surface, replaced rotted boards, and installed a new Malarkey Secured Start synthetic underlayment system, Arctic Shield ice/water protection, and a venting system that the original builder had neglected. They also took care of pipe flashing and various other tasks. In addition, the crew did a fantastic job of cleaning up our yard and driveway, leaving no loose nails behind.

Dravyn and Gage did a great job with my roof leak. They were able to open up the shingles and identify the likely source and get it all patched up before the next rain started coming down. They kept me informed and answered my questions. Cleaned up the work area well.
I appreciate that Northwest Roof Maintenance was able to get our house into the inspection and repair queue in short order during the holiday season...

NW Roof Maintenance gave us a very fair bid for moss removal and roof cleaning. They did a thorough job starting with the estimate to cleaning/moss removal and ending with yard clean up. NW Roof maintenance shared pictures of our roof with us prior to the cleaning and after so we were able to visualize any problems. Josh was the cleaning technician for our job. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. We found All of the staff from the company my husband or I dealt with to be very courteous and friendly. We couldn't have had any better service than we got from our NW Roof technicians today! Tanner and Brendin were on time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They replaced 8 roof vents and cleaned the roof and gutters. A lot of hard work done quickly and done right. They also cleaned up afterwards and left no mess for me. It's great to find a company you can trust that has such great employees. Thanks very much and we'll see you next year. I would recommend them to anybody...
