We prioritize cleaning and repairs needed on tile and asphalt shingle, (composition) roofs as well as full roof replacement and attic ventilation. We offer options for removing the moss from your roof, as well as treating to prevent future moss growth. Our crews undergo extensive training at our training facility to handle a myriad of roof repairs, from leaks to broken tiles. We are a Malarkey Emerald Pro contractor.  In addition, our consultants will inspect each roof in person to ensure that we are accurately diagnosing the needs for that specific roof....

I am pleased to recommend Northwest-roof.The roofing team that recently completed work on my home. The crew, Diego and Alex are very professional, courteous, and highly skilled throughout the entire project.
They did an excellent job on my roof, ensuring that all work was completed with great attention to detail and quality. In addition to the roofing work, they also took care of my gutters and installed air vents, which were completed efficiently and to a high standard.
The team arrived on time, worked diligently, and kept the work area clean and organized. They answered my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the results.

5+ STARS to the management and work crews for an outstanding restoration of our 47 year old concrete tile roofs here in West Linn. They did everything they said they would do, and showed great care for our very old roofs in our 12 unit HOA. Special thanks go out to Jake, Josh, L, Tanner and Angelo. I would like to recommend the Northwest Roof Maintenance roofing team lead by Pablo including Miguel, Marion, and Austin as excellent roofers.  They are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.  When I asked a roofing question any one of them could and did answer with a very knowledgeable explanation that a layman could understand.  They did an excellent job taking off the old roof and putting a new one, taking care not to damage any plants, and cleaning up before they left.  They went above and beyond the call of duty.  When we returned from the Farmers market exhausted, my wife had difficulty going up our steep stairs to the house.  They very kindly helped carry my wife up the stairs into the house.  They are a blessing!...

Pablo and Ryan were great. Had a leak in my roof and needed some vents replaced that the builder installed poorly. They arrived on time, made quick work of the job and were extremely professional. Will continue to use for further roof maintenance...
