Luis, Pablo and their crew did a wonderful job of replacing our roof (about 40 squares) on a short timeline as we were planning on installing new solar panels and discovered that the existing shingles had issues. Their recommendations for using the Malarkey system (Vista AR) and their attention to every detail to assure a quality project is greatly appreciated.  Can't recommend them enough...

Great experience through out. Pablo came out and gave us an estimate. There was also no pressure to sign anything. They were able to get us in a week earlier than originally planned. Crew came out on time everyday and were always kind and respectful. They cleaned up daily also. The roof looks great, we also got new gutters. Highly recommend Luis and his crew. Kind of hoped we’d get a cool drone video though. Lol �...

Luis at Green City Roofing was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He took time to do a thorough inspection of my roof inside and out and discovered things that other estimators didn’t flag foot me to address like excessive amounts of black mold and venting that wasn’t connected to my exhaust outlets. His recommendations for materials and products were great - his company which he owns is a certified pro contractor with Malarkey roofing products which are built for the Pacific Northwest. I appreciated his patience in answering all my questions, was very happy that he was on the job the entire time with his crew to make sure all the work was done to his high standards, and left the area as clean as it was prior to starting. His price was fair and reasonable and I thought he did such a great job, I got my mom to replace her roof as well with him the following week and she’s also super impressed and happy with the end result. I highly recommend Luis who stands behind the products he uses and all his work too...

I had been seeing advertisements for them on FB for about a year. I felt like every time it rained I was reminded by their ads that it was time for a new roof.

Everything was great from the initial inspection to finish. Super prompt in correspondence every time. My brain suddenly remembers everything I need to do late at night. Even when texting or emailing late at night they were quick to respond--even when I'd let them know a response can wait for next day. When unexpected rain put a damper on a start date, they communicated promptly.

They use Malarkey products which come with a great warranty that can be passed to the next homeowner if you decide to move before the warranty is up.

Out of the 4 quotes we obtained, they were the least expensive, even after further work that needed to be done that was found while working.

My husband decline the walk through after they were complete (he didn't tell me that). Before I paid the final bill, they drove back out to do the walk through so I had peace of mind that everything was complete.

They also left the surrounding of my house looking better than before they began.

Hire these guys...
