I got 3 quotes and the first two were from larger companies and were both $26k. The third quote was from Green City and was $4k less. That was not enough to clinch the deal though. What I was impressed with was the owner took the time to teach me about all the materials, code changes from when my house was built and the differences in roofing materials. Once on the job I was impressed watching the crew, they wasted no motion and reminded me of professional athletes. Even though the home was vacant they insisted on doing a thorough clean up each evening. As with any project they found more wrong the deeper they got into it. My chimney siding was rotted, the skylights were not originally installed correctly and two very large expensive fascia boards needed replaced. I was floored that they did these free of charge even though it took a full day longer on the job then what they budgeted for. It was obvious that what they were striving for was repeat business and referrals. The owner understands that sometimes you win by losing. I have been handing out their card for two weeks now. $22000 for a roof is a lot but I now have top tier 50yr Malarky shingles on my 3800 sf steep roofed home that is loaded with dormers, valleys, vents and other difficult obstacles. Money well spent....

Went had several estimates to replace our roof that was 30 years old. Common sense sometimes tells you to go with the same roofing company as before, but we decided to go with Green City Roofing LLC. Luis and his crew did an awesome clean job in replacing the roof and I would like to add, they also replaced our gutters. We are extremely happy with the work that Green City Roofing LLC did - Give Luis a call, he will take care of you right‼️...

Great experience through out. Pablo came out and gave us an estimate. There was also no pressure to sign anything. They were able to get us in a week earlier than originally planned. Crew came out on time everyday and were always kind and respectful. They cleaned up daily also. The roof looks great, we also got new gutters. Highly recommend Luis and his crew. Kind of hoped we’d get a cool drone video though. Lol 😃...

Luis, Pablo and their crew did a wonderful job of replacing our roof (about 40 squares) on a short timeline as we were planning on installing new solar panels and discovered that the existing shingles had issues. Their recommendations for using the Malarkey system (Vista AR) and their attention to every detail to assure a quality project is greatly appreciated. Can't recommend them enough....
