When it's raining inside your home. You panic. I did a google search of best roofing company's in my area. The first call I got was from Seattle Roofing Co, they were at my house within hours tarping my roof. When it got very windy/raining in Seattle they came to check on the tarp.  Work was done in a timely manner.  The work was done well, in a timely manner and did a great job cleaning up!    The communication is great. Always keeping us updated . Thank you Rory, Jay , Sean and the crew for a great job!...

I had a great experience with Seattle Roofing Co from start to finish. I submitted a request online and someone called me within 30 minutes. They were able to get someone out to take a look within three days.

Kevin showed up right on time and was incredibly friendly and personable. Our roof is very high, and he explained that he would try to get up there and, if he couldn't, he'd come back with a longer ladder or even a drone if necessary. He had such a great can-do attitude and genuinely seemed to just want to help us figure out what was going on.

He was able to get up and thoroughly inspect the roof and gave us the very good news that it looked great. I really appreciated his honesty. It would have been very easy to tell us that something needed to be repaired, especially since we'd specifically called because we thought there was a problem, but there was absolutely no attempt to sell us work we didn't need.

We had also hoped he could inspect the area from inside where the leak had reportedly occurred, but when we asked the owner of that unit for access, we were told there was no leak after all. I felt terrible for having brought Kevin out based on what turned out to be a nonexistent issue, but he was incredibly good-natured and gracious about the whole thing.

The entire experience left me feeling extremely confident in Seattle Roofing Co. They were responsive, punctual, friendly, helpful, and, most importantly, trustworthy. We didn't end up needing any work this time, but they will absolutely be the first company we call the next time we need any of the services they provide. Highly recommend!...

They did a great job. I emailed in the middle of the night about a bubble of water in my ceiling and they got back to me first thing the next day. They were able to provide an estimate and start work within 2 days. It turns out that our roof had much more significant damage than the estimate planned for, but Stephen and Rory were communicative about the depth of the issues they found (e.g., with pictures, explaining things). (I maybe naively thought it would be an easy fix to fix the leak but it was a systemic issue that they found.) While it ended up being more expensive than the initial estimate, I'm appreciative that they didn't just put a bandaid on the issue, and addressed everything. They also have teams for interior work (we needed drywall and painting work, and a dehumidifier + new insulation in the attic/ crawl space) as well as gutter installation (which was needed to fix how the upper roof was dumping water on the lower roof)....

I hired The Seattle Roofing Company for some major structural work on my property, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Even though "roofing" is in their name, Rory (the owner) and his right-hand guy Stephen handled a massive foundation and framing repair for me.
They excavated and poured a new continuous concrete footing, repaired cracked sections, and replaced badly rotted framing using weather-treated wood to get the structure perfectly level, solid, and stabilized.
Rory and Stephen were incredibly hard-working, straightforward, and left the site completely clean when they were done. I highly recommend them if you need serious structural or foundation work done right!...
