Before I tell you about the roof I would like to thank Jeff Eason and his crew for the job they did. And a very special thank you to Cody Freemire for which this job wouldn't have been done at all.

I couldn't be happier with IBEX Roof for my new roof. From start to finish, their team was professional, thorough, and genuinely cared about getting it right. The crew worked efficiently, finishing the roof in just 1 day with impeccable attention to detail. They managed to get this done having to replace sheeting as well. The flashing, vents, and gutters are flawless, and the roof looks stunning.

Communication with Jeff kept me updated every step, explaining the process clearly and answering all our questions. Cleanup was great. No nails or debris left behind, which we really appreciated. They even finished before the states first big rain and slept soundly knowing the roof was done right. Highly recommend IBEX to anyone needing a roof...

We recently had our entire roof replaced by IBex Roofing and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They removed everything down to the structure, replaced all the plywood, repaired damaged areas and built new crickets. For such a major job, the price was very fair and the quality was outstanding.

During the project a big storm hit & at 3 AM we discovered a small leak above our bed. I called our project manager, Jeff Eason & he immediately responded driving from Bremerton to Belfair and was on our roof at 3:30 AM fixing the issue himself in the storm. That kind of dedication is almost unheard of these days. This impressed us more than words can convey.

Jeff and Francisco’s crew were professional, efficient and cared deeply about doing things right.  It’s rare to find a company that combines top-notch workmanship w/ genuine customer service but IBex Roofing truly does. We highly recommend them...

We were in the market for a new roof and IBEX was technically the last ones we got a quote from. What we appreciated though is the quote was given to us before Cody, the estimator, left. The other companies didn't provide any information on cost during their visit. Cody answered all of our questions and provided options. Jeff, the project manager, was very informative during the process once we hired them. When he came out he was able to give more specific details and it didn't feel like he was pushing anything when giving suggestions.

After starting the roof there were some things that were not able to be seen until shingles were coming off. With the unexpected issues, there was more work to be done, but Jeff worked with us to make sure we weren't getting bombarded by the extra expenses. He made sure we were taken care of. He was straightforward about the schedule and upfront about what to expect. Yes, the house shakes when getting a roof done. And there was fair warning.

We felt like we were getting good service and they cared about our home...

Can't say enough our IBEX Roofing team, starting with Cody Freemire who did the initial roof inspection, and presented the presentation for the roofing project with options, etc;  to Jeff Eason, Project Manager, who oversaw the day to day operations, (our one day job, due to weather, took a few more.... Washington, what can I say. LOL)
Cody provided us with options of shingles, venting options, gutters, etc., worked within our budgets and provided full transparency so there were no surprises.  Very professional, thorough, which we totally appreciated.
Jeff was totally the same!  Knowing also, that I needing to be out of town was great at calling and keeping me up to date on progress of the job.  They were both a pleasure to work with.
The crew worked diligently to get the roof and gutters done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
And may I say it all looks 'Amazing'!!!   SO glad we chose IBEX roofing.....IF you're in the market for a new roof...give them a call!...
