My furnace was giving error codes which warranted a technician visit. Home Comfort Alliance sent out Allan Walker the next day (we still had heat). Allan was professional and thorough. He took the time to explain exactly was was happening with my furnace. He also answered my questions about my water heater and preventative maintenance. We even discussed energy/cost saving measures I could do to improve the efficiency of heating my home and providing the best air circulation. It is so nice to have someone do a service call who is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping the customer. Home Comfort Alliance is fortunate to have him on their crew. When I called to discuss my furnace concerns Chandler was efficient and helpful...

Yikes! Was hoping we wouldn’t have to post a negative review here. We had someone come out to install a water line from our kitchen sink to our fridge in anticipation of getting a new fridge with a water/ice dispenser. That experience was fine. A little pricey but fine. We were told we were good to go for our new fridge. Fast forward a few weeks. New fridge comes and installers hook it up. All good. Until 12 hours later, the next morning, we realize that the plumbing under the sink wasn’t tight and therefore leaked all night long. We discovered our downstairs bathroom flooded, water and paint damage in multiple spots, plus water pooled in the kitchen under the sink and under the tile flooring. Our globe light fixture in the downstairs bathroom and light bulb were both filled with water and then water poured out of the fixture when we emptied it. Nightmare. We kept our cool. We reached out. They came out and tightened the plumbing. We asked what will be done about the damage? We provided videos and images of the damage for the manager as requested. We followed up multiple times to check status. The last 4+ weeks since the line was tightened and the initial issue was corrected we’ve waited for the manager to get back to us on how they intend to make it right. Radio silence. We’d love and welcome them to finally get back to us to make this right. We are super disappointed because we are a repeat customer who has used them for multiple services and trusted them and are now left with a terrible customer experience and to fix all this damage on our own apparently. We recognize that accidents happen so we chose the route of not getting all steaming mad and all caps-ing in our communication. Perhaps if we had they would have responded and understood the frustration and urgency we feel about this mess. Such an absolute bummer. *** 6 month update*** Welp, was homing to circle back with a redemption story. That’s not the case. Not long after the original review was posted we got a call. We arranged our schedules for a gentleman to come out and assess the situation. He evaluated it and left us with the expectation that he’d be following up to organize to have another company they work with the does finishing type work to come out and start the process of fixing. That there were a couple different options on how to fix but he’d defer to them. We haven’t heard anything further and opted to stop chasing for our mental sanity. While he was here he made a comment to the effect of that they shouldn’t have come out to do this work/shouldn’t have agreed to it. I’m not sure how to interpret that given someone came out initially to assess and quote, then came out again to execute the job. There were a few other comments made regarding the quality of renovations done in the impacted bathroom years prior that was that were a bit inappropriate but we let them go. Perhaps he was suggesting that the damage wouldn’t look as bad if the renovation had been done better but from our view the water damage happened. In the end, the star remains at 1 and buyer beware...

This is a 5 star company with an outstanding team. I'm going to mention all the fabulous people who worked on my installation of a brand new Whole Home AC system. They all worked so hard. I want to give them individual credit for their great work. I would hire them again. Please consider them when making a major installation of an AC/Heat Pump or Furnance. They put in my water furnance in Nov 2023. The work was excellent so I went back for a ne AC and I highly recommend them for AC/Heat Pumps and Furnances. They passed inspection the first time. Again they are 5 stars all the way! I had an excellent experience with a New Whole Home AC installation. It was not without trials, but the customer service, responsiveness, politeness, and genuine caring, they were fabulous. Issues happen, but its how you resolve them with outblame and step up to make things right. That is their superpower. I want to call out all the people who were outstanding and showed me respect and professionalism and delivered a great unit. First, Chris Biasch is a rock star, delivered value, creative solutions, a great unit that fit my needs, and professionalism. Chyanne Obie was the outstanding scheduler and is a great communicator. She always delivered on time. Next, Scott Tarbot, the lead installer, worked the issues and set up temp fixes as needed. Andrew Jordan did the HVAC and furnance. Gavin Charter assisted him with curtiusey, quiet patience, and quick support. Eduardo Chaver did the full electrical with Ubalde Munguia support on installation. It is a beautiful tiddy and clean electrical installation. Jeff Palm was the supervisor, and when a glitch happened. He came quickly and resolved what was urgent. He even came on a Saturday because of my health issue. THE EXPERT FIELD SUPERVISOR, methodically worked with the manufacture, resolved everything, and made sure I knew how to operate the system. I credit him and his high skill level woth making the job perfect. Brian Yapps Field Supervisor found the missing error and quickly resolved it. Justin and Jus came back to double-check and assure the outside unit was perfect. I passed both inspections ( first time). Lastly, I want to thank Stacy in billing, who worked thru everything and is a dream to work with. Service Techs Matt Willard & Tony Salabar were the awesome follow-up crew. My unit is a new design it took a team work and time to install and from this develop best practices can be found for future installs. Home Comfort delivered on their promise, the brand, and delivered outstanding customer service. Highly recommend them and their team...
