Asked them to check our yard drainage as there has been some clog issues - not too bad but decided to get it checked. They came in, didn’t ask any questions to understand what the issue is, and started working. After like 1 hour or so, they basically told us they can’t fix the issue and because they didn’t fix the issue, they decided to give us 20% off - so we were so lucky to just pay $700 for NOTHING. Oh wait, I wasn’t fair, it’s not nothing, they did leave our yard so smelly that we had to apologize to our neighbors. In sum, before the $700, we only had clog issues; after the $700 work, we got clog issues and a smelly yard. They could have just robbed us $700, yet they decided to leave some evidence with the smell to show that they actually did work not just pretending to be working. Where do you buy so many good ratings...
