This is ideal for realtors, sellers and buyers, remote owners, etc. The inspector will look at the condition of a homeowner’s fixtures, supply lines, and drains, sinks, traps, exposed plumbing, shut-off valves, showers/bath, toilets, storage water tank, and any sub pumps.
