Roofing Formula LLC was one of three companies to give us a quote for fixing a hole in the roof as well as cleaning our gutters and roof of moss. To be transparent, Roofing Formula LLC's quote was approximately the same as the lowest quote we got and about 1/3 the price of the highest quote we got. However, the responsiveness of Wilson from Roofing Formula LLC, the speedy preparation of the quote, the thorough explanation of work to be performed and categorized within the quote, and overall professionalism made us go with Roofing Formula LLC since the quality of service seemed exponentially better than the other lowest quote we got. We are extremely pleased with the job that was performed, both for fixing the patch and for coming out and cleaning the gutters and cleaning the moss. The guy who was cleaning our gutters even sealed and screwed a loose gutter for us, which we were not anticipating as part of the cleaning service. Went way above and beyond. Thanks guys! :...

We first noticed water damage on the wall near our patio door this spring during snow melt. Naturally, we thought the roof was the issue and hired a company to inspect. They replaced tiles near the area but later suggested the leak was likely from the siding, which they didn’t handle. That’s when I reached out to Roofing Formula LLC.

From the start, the process was simple and reassuring. They came quickly to assess the problem, explained the work clearly, and scheduled the repair within a week. The crew finished the job in just a few hours, and what really stood out was that they did extra work beyond the original estimate, replacing the top section of siding as well to ensure the leak wouldn’t return.

Could not be more happy with the work from roofing formula. They were professional and got the job done for a great price. They were able to get us on their schedule right away for an emergency roof repair (which was an entire house plus a separate two car garage that had both failed and been leaking).
