We had an amazing experience with A&A Roofing when they did our siding. From the very beginning, everyone we worked with was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Roy was wonderful. He is so knowledgeable, patient, and easy to communicate with. I reached out and got quotes from a handful of other companies, but what ultimately made the decision easy was how kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring everyone I spoke to was right from the start. As a stay-at-home mom, it was really important to me to feel safe and at ease with people coming to my home every day, and I truly did. The whole team was respectful and trustworthy, and Roy went above and beyond by frequently checking in with friendly phone calls to make sure I was happy with the work his crew was doing. Even after the project has been finished, he has continued to follow up and make sure we are still completely satisfied, which really shows how much pride he takes in his work and how much he genuinely cares about his customers. With any major home project, small hiccups can come up, but Roy and his team were excellent at catching things early, keeping me informed, and working with me to find solutions. Their communication and attention to detail really stood out. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Mario and Cesar, who did the demo and installation. They worked incredibly hard, put in so many long hours, and their dedication showed in every part of the job. They didn’t just rush through the project, they made sure everything was done the right way, with care and precision. They were also so respectful, kind, and willing to answer questions or offer advice as I made decisions along the way. They helped bring my vision to life, and I truly appreciated how much effort they put into making sure everything looked great.
