We had an amazing experience with A&A Roofing when they did our siding. From the very beginning, everyone we worked with was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Roy was wonderful. He is so knowledgeable, patient, and easy to communicate with. I reached out and got quotes from a handful of other companies, but what ultimately made the decision easy was how kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring everyone I spoke to was right from the start. As a stay-at-home mom, it was really important to me to feel safe and at ease with people coming to my home every day, and I truly did. The whole team was respectful and trustworthy, and Roy went above and beyond by frequently checking in with friendly phone calls to make sure I was happy with the work his crew was doing. Even after the project has been finished, he has continued to follow up and make sure we are still completely satisfied, which really shows how much pride he takes in his work and how much he genuinely cares about his customers. With any major home project, small hiccups can come up, but Roy and his team were excellent at catching things early, keeping me informed, and working with me to find solutions. Their communication and attention to detail really stood out. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Mario and Cesar, who did the demo and installation. They worked incredibly hard, put in so many long hours, and their dedication showed in every part of the job. They didn’t just rush through the project, they made sure everything was done the right way, with care and precision. They were also so respectful, kind, and willing to answer questions or offer advice as I made decisions along the way. They helped bring my vision to life, and I truly appreciated how much effort they put into making sure everything looked great. We highly recommend I called them to get a quote for a roof repair Noe sent his guy out the next day to give a quote on the job. The issue was figured out fast the quote was sent over for approval. A&A Roofing just re-roofed our 30yr old home in south Richland. They did an outstanding job! Noe was professional and courteous, and explained absolutely everything that was happening up front, throughout the process, and during the final walk-through. His team was courteous and kept the yard and driveway clean the entire time. The job was completed on-time (it rained during the process, but our project was not bumped), and it was done at the quoted price. There was accidental damage to a glass table on our deck, and payment settlement was handled personally and immediately. (Sometimes things just happen; it was an accident. But how a business handles the problem is valuable information.) A@A Roofing came highly recommended by three different people that I know and trust. We will be more than happy to refer them.
