We had an amazing experience with A&A Roofing when they did our siding. From the very beginning, everyone we worked with was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Roy was wonderful. He is so knowledgeable, patient, and easy to communicate with. I reached out and got quotes from a handful of other companies, but what ultimately made the decision easy was how kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring everyone I spoke to was right from the start. As a stay-at-home mom, it was really important to me to feel safe and at ease with people coming to my home every day, and I truly did. The whole team was respectful and trustworthy, and Roy went above and beyond by frequently checking in with friendly phone calls to make sure I was happy with the work his crew was doing. Even after the project has been finished, he has continued to follow up and make sure we are still completely satisfied, which really shows how much pride he takes in his work and how much he genuinely cares about his customers. With any major home project, small hiccups can come up, but Roy and his team were excellent at catching things early, keeping me informed, and working with me to find solutions. Their communication and attention to detail really stood out. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Mario and Cesar, who did the demo and installation. They worked incredibly hard, put in so many long hours, and their dedication showed in every part of the job. They didn’t just rush through the project, they made sure everything was done the right way, with care and precision. They were also so respectful, kind, and willing to answer questions or offer advice as I made decisions along the way. They helped bring my vision to life, and I truly appreciated how much effort they put into making sure everything looked great. We are very pleased with the work done by A&A Roofing. Our roof suffered wind damage and Roy had a contractor out the same day to cover the damaged area with a tarp. We chose to have a full roof replacement. The roof install was completed in two days and we are very happy with the results. No one wants to have to replace their roof or get multiple companies out for quotes, but that was just the hand we were dealt this year. After countless wind storms and paying people to spot fix missing shingles, we decided it was time. Ill be honest, A&A wasnt even on my radar. I already had 2 pretty good quotes from other roofing companies, but then out of no where I got a message from a roof estimator, Tony. Honestly, the nicest, most personable, down to earth and very honest guy anyone could meet. Although I was hesitant to get another company out for a 3rd estimate, he promised me he wouldn't waste my time and his quote would be a very competitive offer. In the following days, Tony came out and got right to work. He got some scratches and scrapes up on the roof, laughed them off, was super humble and still asked for my business. I compared his company's product CertainTeed Pro to the competition and was pleased to find out they have a comprehensive warranty, workmanship warranty and amazing wind rating, which were all selling factors for our home in West Richland. Tony was able to work with my wife and I to find a budget that worked and we set the appointment. The project went really well. The roofers and project manager that came out were very respectful, communicated throughout the project and made sure to protect our landscaping and the safety of our children. Hands down one of the best construction experiences I've had to go through. I would highly recommend Tony and his team at A&A for your roofing needs...
