"Heavenly Roofing’s total operation is professional. From my perspective ( a union Carpenter for 40yrs) the organization has all their ducks in a row. My sales rep (Eric) who initiated the first inspection was very thorough. The estimate explained options of payment. Team leader Sergio also visited the site and checked on his guys. 2-Days for complete tear off and replace. I couldn’t be more happier."

"Kevin at Heavenly Roofing showed up to my house unprepared and did not have samples in a neat OR orderly fashion. I had to help him find the sample boards out of the mess of a back seat of the heavenly company vehicle Kevin arrived in. Kevin stated the vehicle he arrived in was not his and was a loner vehicle. If I was going to a sales pitch house, I would at least have the samples on which I was pitching on top of the mess and know where they are. If I was basing my decision to pay Heavenly Roofing to install a new roof on my home from the initial in person visit / pitch, I would NOT have gone with Heavenly. I based my decision on going with Heavenly Roofing from the few houses in my neighborhood with new roofs that were installed by Heavenly Roofing. The speed and professionalism the roofing men complete total roof replacement was / is amazing! Everyone in the neighborhood has nothing but positive reviews of the craftsmanship of their new roofs. Professionalism: I am reading other online reviews about Kevin. I think I got a different Kevin. Professionalism was not shown on the initial interaction, and the follow-up interactions. Customer service: Kevin did not communicate when the date of the roof was going to be installed, I had to contact the Moses Lake Office to get the date of installation. Kevin did not communicate about the one issue I had with the facia board that needed to be fixed. The gutter install crew did not know they were supposed to fix it, and when I called Kevin, he stated he was having a crew coming to fix the facia, BUT, to fix the facia board, the gutter installation would have to be rescheduled. WHAT? How did that happen Kevin? Again, nothing negative about the craftsmanship or professionalism of the install crew, just not satisfied with Kevin and/ or his lack of communication with me. Now I have gutters on a facia board that is not placed properly. The day of installation: Victor contacted me directly via phone call and text message. Victor kept me up to speed on the progress of the roof installation. Victor was / Is the man!! Victor allowed me to get on the roof to see the damage firsthand from the leaking old roof and explained in detail what had been happening for years, and the damage incurred. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge! THANK YOU VICTOR! Victor explained how he and his crew were going to fix / replace the damaged plywood and attempt to do it in a cost-efficient manner! I think Victor would be a better salesperson with his years of experience and knowledge. I highly recommend Heavenly Roofing for a complete roof replacement, as that is what they did for me! Victor was and is the man! If I had questions he had the answers. THANK YOU VICTOR and THANK YOU HEAVENLY ROOFING!!"
