"This review is well-earned. I went through about 20 quotes before choosing Flow Roofing for my gutters. I asked a lot of detailed questions because I like to understand the technical side and avoid issues later. They answered every question thoughtfully and thoroughly. When the crew came onsite, we worked together to find the best way to distribute the water flow, and their collaborative approach really set them very apart. My only feedback is that the scheduling for the second half of the project could have been communicated more clearly. If I hadn’t done my homework upfront, it might have been more stressful. I shared this with them, and they appreciated the input and said they are working on improving scheduling going forward. I only mention this so future customers know if there are delays with scheduling, to not be a concern and they will definitely get back to you. All in all, I would not go with anyone else and definitely recommend them in the future."

Erick was awesome in setting up our initial and follow up quotes and had the paperwork all set up with all our design decisions and in addition a new gutter system. He did a great job communicating and even when we had some set backs after the roof was being replaced such as rotten wood around the fascia boards, he provided a contact who did an incredible job at the last moment to keep our project on track and before the rain arrived again. "I worked with Erick Uzusa for the quote and coordination. I received three bids and Tony’s quote matched a competitor almost to the dollar. What they offered that tipped the scales in their favor was a 50 year warranty on the roof materials and a 12 year labor warranty which exceeded the other quote by 20 years and 7 years. They use Malarkey shingles which after exhaustive research I feel provides the best value to performance. I put down the down payment and they have me scheduled two weeks out. They arrived on a Monday and finished my 3000+ sq ft roof in two days. They kept everything extremely tidy and other than the beautiful new roof, you would never know that they were there. Only after completing the job did they ask for the remainder of the payment. It isn’t often that you can say that a company deserves a five star + rating but Tony’s does. They will be roofing my second house in 3 weeks and I have no doubt that they will over perform there as well."

They did a wonderful job tearing off a couple layers of old shingles along with some original wood shingles in some parts of the roof, laying down and repairing the decking, and installing a modern roof on a house that needed an overhaul. Vikk’s knowledge and the time he spent making sure we understood our options, the importance of ventilation, and not putting pressure on us to do anything that wasn’t absolutely necessary sold us, on top of a referral from neighbors whose parents had also used Stalcup and were very happy with them. There was some momentary confusion about the placement of a few intake vents near a couple sections of flat roof and they made it right.
