Had a great experience with Flat Roof Pros here in Kent. They came out for a roof inspection and were very thorough and easy to work with.

What I appreciated most was their honesty—they explained everything clearly, gave me a few options, and didn’t pressure me into anything. Pricing was straightforward, and you can tell they really care about doing things the right way.

We had our roof coated with GE silicone a few years back to extend the life of it. We called Flatroof pros and got a good price and a great service. Every year they have been maintaining our roof and gutters. This year we had an amazing experience, which convinced us we picked the right partner for our roof. While the crew was performing maintenance, my wife and our nanny heard a loud noise and found shattered glass all around the kitchen. We assumed it was due to the skylight falling and the crew must have something to do with it. The reality was the tempered glass cutting board shattered due to some stress that we didn’t know about. To their credit, the crew calmly assessed the situation, cleaned up the glass even though it was not due to them, and helped the family be less anxious and be safer first. Then they diagnosed the real problem. We are very grateful for their professionalism! The staff, project manager, crew chief and the crew were all just amazing. The 5 star rating is fully justified! We strongly recommend Flat roof Pros...

We are thoroughly impressed with the GE Silicone roof restoration project Flat Roof Pros NW completed on our condominium building in January.  We gathered several bids and met with contractors last summer and learned a lot during the process. Yuriy Senchenko's professional expertise, use of technology, drone photos and videos, and education with our board was first class. His crew did a fantastic job completing the project in a week during dry January. We were kept informed during the project with daily photos showing what was completed that day...

They came and did and honest assessment of my roof to locate a leak that 3 other roofers/ handymen missed.  Unlike the other roofers we contacted, they didn’t do a hard sell on getting a new roof, and seemed like the first honest assessment I received.  They had great communication throughout, though my appointment had to be pushed back due to rain.  The workers that came from the initial person with the estimate and the young men who fixed my roof were very polite and professional. Most importantly, the fix worked. A month out with no leaks.  Highly recommend...
