Let’s start at the beginning—our experience with Endurant Roof was exceptional from the very first phone call. We initially connected with the owner, who then put us in touch with JJ, one of their estimators. The entire estimation process was incredibly simple, straightforward, and relaxed. We had several companies come out to give us quotes, and we saw everything from total disinterest to extremely aggressive sales tactics. Endurant Roof was the complete opposite.

JJ handled everything over the phone and completed all the measurements remotely, which was honestly impressive. We had a great conversation about expectations, and a couple of days later he sent over a clear, detailed, and very reasonable quote. Between their already outstanding reviews and the fairness of their pricing, the decision to work with them was easy.

Once the project started, we were assigned a dedicated project manager who kept everything running smoothly. He managed the crew directly and sent us regular text updates throughout the process so we always knew exactly where things stood. That level of communication alone put our minds at ease.

The crew itself was just as professional. They dropped off their trailer, set up for demolition, and got right to work. Every crew member was kind, friendly, and hardworking—they even took the time to say hello back to our kids, which meant a lot to us.

They completed the full demo, installed new plywood where needed, and finished the entire roof replacement in just two days—and they did all of this during Thanksgiving week. The roof looks spectacular, and we’re incredibly grateful for the quality and dedication they brought to the job.

We had the most positive experience working with Endurant Roof! They were excellent at communicating information from the time of our quote to project completion. JJ walked us through the best options for our flat roof and then worked with our schedule to get it done. Jonathan (Operations Manager) was our daily contact during the project and he was responsive and  patient with all our questions, and overall an easy and fun person with whom to work. Great job from start to finish. They work with top-of-the line products, but have what I found to be more reasonable rates than the 'big box' roofers. Service was great along the way and Brandon/JJ and team went out of their way to make the job seamless and the outcome great. Nice work...

The technician did a really thorough, careful job of installing a roof anchor, scraping moss off the roof, and cleaning the gutters neatly! He took his time, and had to come back the next morning to finish, which was great (he didn't say "I have another job to do tomorrow, so will get back to you soon..." the way other contractors often do...) He cleaned up the moss and debris well. Michael in the office was easy to work with via phone and text, estimate and invoice were correct and easy to pay online...
