Ricky and his team are of the highest caliber and provide one of the best customer service experiences I have had when contracting for home repairs. They even got my roof done prior to me moving in for peace of mind! It has been 8 months with my new roof/gutters and zero complaints! They cared for my home and the quality of their work. Rickey was lovely to deal with! Most companies wouldn’t take the job because it was too small of a project but Armor Roofing did! Rickey was very communicative throughout the whole process and his son and Jay did an amazing job ripping off the old metal roof and installing the new one. They were also very respectful of the property while they worked on the roof, I would highly recommend these guys...

Armor Roofing successfully completed a full roof replacement for my Single Family house out in Gloucester, VA. I was very happy with the end results of the roof replacement which also included swift inspections from the owners to ensure that I was being taken care of. Chipper was specifically great at ensuring I was updated accordingly on any changes that occurred during the order period. He went over the quote with me via a teams meeting which was very convenient. The weather didn't play nicely with us so we required constant delays which was worked perfectly by Armor to ensure the job got completed in a swift manner. The attention to detail was very much appreciated from a person that doesn't know anything about roofs... They responded quick to the initial consultation request and showed up as promised a week after the initial request was completed. I originally had contacted them to fix a leaking skylight but after hearing what they had suggested, I decided to proceed with a full roof replacement at my own decision. The price was very competitive and they answered any questions that I had. They made proper recommendations for products and also spent the time to meet with me on multiple occasions to ensure that I was happy with the selected product prior to installation. The full install took one day from start to finish, the workers were very pleasant and overall seemed to do a great job. Overall the skylights and roof look amazing and I highly recommend them for anyone else looking for roofing jobs in the area...
