No one likes having a major home repair. That being said, the experience I had with Cardinal was probably the simplest and least stressful home repair I’ve ever had. You get regular updates on arrival times and a picture of the technician. Clean nice looking vehicles which from my perspective is a sign of a well run company. Anthony arrived on time and quickly determined what my issue was. He never seemed rushed and took his time answering all my questions. I was impressed and decided to use Cardinal for my plumbing project. I was shocked when Anthony said they could do the work today and set a time. Additional technicians (Jonathan) quickly arrived with a new hot water tank, new copper lines, main water valve, and pressure regulator. Garrett and Chris were excellent! We had to have our HVAC system replaced since our old system was probably 30 years old. They were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Garrett went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and what I could do to keep the system running at peak efficiency. I was not happy that I had to replace my unit but it was time and Cardinal made the process as stress free as possible. Financing was an easy process and the estimate was spot on. A wonderful experience from start to finish! Scheduling online was so easy and a technician was able to come out within a couple of days for our non-emergency issue. I very much appreciated that I was sent the name of our technician and his picture in advance, an uncommon but very much appreciated safety procedure. Jorge our technician was friendly, capable, and clearly laid out some options with estimates for me to consider. I never felt pressured or like I was being “sold” on the membership option, but rather he laid out all the facts so I could make an informed decision.
