He spent several hours testing the system because he found a problem. He continued going back and forth between the thermostats on each floor, the main unit and the outside unit. He then took the time to explain the problem to me, document clear suggestions to address the problem and mapped out recommebdations with pictures of the parts, a summary of their function, an explanation of why he's recommending each suggestion and included the cost of each. He didn't leave until he was certain of the problem and that I understood all aspects. The ME Flow pricing seems fair to me for service calls. He was professional, courteous and respectful the entire time he was inside our residence. I highly recommend Rutilio and ME Flow. For Plumbing, we had Ulises respond to our appointment, also his first time to our house. We had an old house water filtration system in our basement that we were concerned was rusting. It was connected to the water pipes so required a plumber to remove or alter in any way. Ulises examined the filter and discoloration and took the time to explain the cause of what I was seeing. He gave me options regarding installing the new house water filtration system I bought so I could decide which option fit our situation best. He offered several additional options going forward and was patient in answering my questions. Changing our water filter is complex due to its location and water pipe connections. Ulises took the time to educate me about the basic plumbing flows, system pressures to be aware of, and demonstrated all of the functions of the water filtration system, so I could learn how to do it more efficiently and easily the next time. Apr 25: Today AJ came by to do the annual safety inspection. He was quick and efficient and everything checked out great. Since I had him here I also had him fix a number of sinks around the house that had bad cartridges, along with a bathroom sink that had a bad faucet and handle that was rusting out and kept spraying rust particles all over my sink. AJ helped me pick out a nice faucet and handle set within my budget that will stop the rust problem from happening again and was super fast at replacing all of the broken cartridges around my house. The price was reasonable and he did great work. I would recommend. Mar 8: Johnny from Cherry Blossom Plumbing was very efficient and helpful. I had been working with the water company to troubleshoot and isolate a non-visible leak that was causing my water bills to skyrocket. I already knew my toilets were to blame because the water company had shown me how to check for a problem, but having Cherry Blossom show up to double check my entire house was great, because not only were we able to confirm the toilets were the problem, I was educated on what was causing the problem and what to look for going forward. I was given three option choices (low to high) and ended up going with the high option which was to remove and replace all of the toilets. I could have saved money, but in this situation my equipment was old and I figured I'd just be doing it again if I didn't do it right. Once I had made my decision, Johnny offered to do the work same day, and was able to pick up all of the supplies including the new toilets. I could have customized my order any way I wanted and I could have had him purchase a different toilet, but the options he had in stock were of high quality, so I didn't need to spend my time looking around for other options. Once the job was committed, Johnny then spent several tireless hours diligently removing and replacing everything. I live in a three story house, and he was lugging heavy equipment up and down the stairs without a single complaint. He even answered any questions that my kids had. After he was finished, he inspected everything and cleaned up his work area. Everything is working great and I'm very pleased with the results.
