Excellent work and very neatly done.
It was my second time using their service and I am very impressed with how well they did it. I would highly recommend them�� Fantastic professional door and storm door install. Patience was administered to ensure everything is very clean for windows too. Wille Harner checked to show how the storm door works. Terrific job in Springfield VA!...

Over the last 2 years I have been searching for a company to help with our roof and skylights. We own a home with a metal roof and a number of skylights located throughout. Several of the skylights were leaking and the vendor who originally made them was no longer in the skylight business. Also most of them were custom sizes. None of the companies I met with wanted to tackle the job in a way that fully addressed the issue, which was both repairing the leaking skylights and addressing the damage the leaks had caused. I met with easily over 8 different companies and NONE were willing to take the time and do the research to get the job done right. They offered ridiculous alternatives like completely roofing over the current skylights or modifying them, but not addressing the interior issues like drywall and trim once done. Meanwhile each time it rained I would see the water flowing down the side of our walls and ceiling. We dealt with this problem until we finally connected with Dream Home.

I was at first disappointed when they sent a “salesperson” to my home on the first visit when I told them it would need a first hand engineer or project manager to review the requirements. However from the first time I interacted with Kris I could tell something was different. He shared with me he had a mechanical engineering degree and as we went over the issues he fully understood everything that needed to be done. He was the ONLY person to put in the time and effort to research creative alternatives to tackle this multiple phase project. He provided a well thought out plan that coordinated with the right skylight manufacturing reps, roofing subs and interior drywall workers. The result was better than I could have hoped. I can’t thank Kris and Dream Home enough for a challenging job well done. They communicated well throughout the project and kept me informed throughout. GREAT job!! Ima a very satisfied customer....

I just had the best experience with DreamHome remodeling on two different projects, roof repairs and windows replacement. It all started with their sales rep, Wille Harner, who did a great job explaining the whole process, the contract, what should I expect, and the timeline. Both teams who worked on both projects were professional, polite, and very clean, they left my house spotless especially after spending three days replacing 54 windows. I highly recommend DreamHome remodeling....

DreamHome just finished a roof repair for us and we’re so happy with the entire experience with them! Ben was our sales rep and was incredibly professional, explained to us why we didn’t need an entire roof replacement and where/how to repair the damage that was causing leaks, and was just incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. After scheduling the work, David (the site manager) and his crew came to do the repairs and continued the excellent communication and professional service. They gave us updates along the way, provided photos, and even cleaned the leaves off our roof and bagged them up before they left. I’ll definitely be calling this company when the day comes that we need another roof repair or replacement. I can’t recommend them enough!...
