We had a great experience with DreamHome Remodeling, Inc. They repaired several roof leaks by replacing damaged boards and shingles, installing new flashing around the chimney, and performing a complete roof tune-up.

Our Project Manager/Foreman, David, and his crew were on time, professional, and worked efficiently throughout the project. When the wrong shingles were incorrectly installed, they were quick to offer solutions and fixed the issue. The replacement shingles are in a highly visible area, but the repair blends in so well that it’s barely noticeable, even when you know exactly where to look.

Our Sales Representative, Will, did an excellent job explaining the source of the leak and recommending the appropriate repairs without any pressure. He stayed in contact throughout the project to make sure everything went smoothly and was always quick to respond whenever we had questions or concerns.

From start to finish, the communication, workmanship, and customer service were outstanding. We’re 100% satisfied with the final result and would gladly recommend DreamHome Remodeling, Inc. to anyone looking for quality roofing work....

Over the last 2 years I have been searching for a company to help with our roof and skylights. We own a home with a metal roof and a number of skylights located throughout. Several of the skylights were leaking and the vendor who originally made them was no longer in the skylight business. Also most of them were custom sizes. None of the companies I met with wanted to tackle the job in a way that fully addressed the issue, which was both repairing the leaking skylights and addressing the damage the leaks had caused. I met with easily over 8 different companies and NONE were willing to take the time and do the research to get the job done right. They offered ridiculous alternatives like completely roofing over the current skylights or modifying them, but not addressing the interior issues like drywall and trim once done. Meanwhile each time it rained I would see the water flowing down the side of our walls and ceiling. We dealt with this problem until we finally connected with Dream Home.

I was at first disappointed when they sent a “salesperson” to my home on the first visit when I told them it would need a first hand engineer or project manager to review the requirements. However from the first time I interacted with Kris I could tell something was different. He shared with me he had a mechanical engineering degree and as we went over the issues he fully understood everything that needed to be done. He was the ONLY person to put in the time and effort to research creative alternatives to tackle this multiple phase project. He provided a well thought out plan that coordinated with the right skylight manufacturing reps, roofing subs and interior drywall workers. The result was better than I could have hoped. I can’t thank Kris and Dream Home enough for a challenging job well done. They communicated well throughout the project and kept me informed throughout. GREAT job!! Ima a very satisfied customer....

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with DreamHome Remodeling! Our salesman, Ben, was fantastic from beginning to end—knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and never pushy. We actually received quotes that were less expensive, but Ben’s professionalism and the confidence he gave us in the company made our decision easy.
