Big Lick Roofing installed a new roof on our home last week, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The installation crew was very friendly, professional, and hardworking.
They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean throughout the project.

The project manager was attentive and responsive from start to finish, making sure all of our questions were answered and that everything went smoothly. The communication was excellent, and it was clear that customer satisfaction was a top priority.

I can’t brag enough. Will and the team did a fantastic job on our roof. I had a lot of special requests to both Will and Dakota and they handled all of them with patience and personal customer service. I had a bad experience years ago and was very concerned when we set out to replace this roof and this group went above and beyond to walk us through it and show us the craftsmanship and attention to detail with the work. Biglick roofing was able to get me scheduled quickly with a fair price. I didn't realize that I had a leak until it was too late. They scheduled me quickly and it looks great. I requested an inspection for work to fix a leak coming from our roof.  Big Lick was able to make time well before any competitor.  Will and Ryder showed up on time, communicated throughout the entire process, from pre-arrival to post service images of the work.  They completed the inspection without skipping over details and were able to fix the leak same day.  Their service was superb...
