Big Lick Roofing installed a new roof on our home last week, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The installation crew was very friendly, professional, and hardworking.
They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean throughout the project.

The project manager was attentive and responsive from start to finish, making sure all of our questions were answered and that everything went smoothly. The communication was excellent, and it was clear that customer satisfaction was a top priority.

I can’t brag enough. Will and the team did a fantastic job on our roof. I had a lot of special requests to both Will and Dakota and they handled all of them with patience and personal customer service. I had a bad experience years ago and was very concerned when we set out to replace this roof and this group went above and beyond to walk us through it and show us the craftsmanship and attention to detail with the work. Very professional, I would HIGHLY recommend! The entire experience from start to finish was smooth sailing. They came out last summer for a free consultation and I called back in April of this year to schedule. My roof was completed about a month later. One very small hiccup in commutation but William went above and beyond to make it right without me having to ask.
