I was very skeptical when Bill first spoke to me. In fact I sent him away. A few months later Bill knocked on my door again. Bill kept saying it won't cost you anything. So I agreed after asking many questions. All the while thinking it's to good to be true. A few days later my insurance company contacted me to after speaking with Bill. I did nothing except collect the insurance money & pay half down & half on completion. Bill was very patient & caring. He even gave me a ride to the bank.
