We replaced our old rotting deck with a beautiful new room addition, designed by WISA, with a sliding door and a side exit that even included a small full bathroom and closet (features that other companies told us would not be possible within the same amount of existing space that we had to work with).  WISA's team was wonderful.  Everyone did an expert job -- from digging the foundation (lots and lots of dirt needed to be removed!) to extraordinary architectural planning of the project to painstaking attention to every small detail that accentuated the beauty of this space.  We especially like that we saw the same team members on a consistent basis (no outsourcing of labor).  Everyone arrived on time for the workday and put in their full effort all day long, six days a week -- the excavators, foundation builders, plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, roofing and siding specialists, and, indeed, the entire highly skilled workforce.  They found solutions to any and every issue that sometimes cropped up, as to be expected in a large, involved project of this magnitude.  The design and project planning team, along with the architect and company heads, were so very helpful in bringing our vision to life.

We even went ahead and had old popcorn ceiling removed from our existing living room, dining room, and kitchen and had all those walls and ceilings painted to match our new room addition and had recessed lighting installed in those areas, too (our older home did not have any existing ceiling lighting in our living room) -- so a lot of expert wiring was required to accomplish all this.  Additionally, we had WISA install electrical power and lighting to our shed while they were working on all of the other wiring installation work.

Our new extension with plenty of large windows to enjoy our treed back yard just adds so much more to the enjoyment of this beautiful extra space.  Our back yard was so sloped previously that we couldn't fully use a lot of this additional area effectively before.

The new flooring was hand-picked and hand-stained to very closely match our existing floor that this tied into.  We now have extra room for family and guests to stay.  Not only did the room design and the new large side deck exceed our expectations, instead of renovating an older bathroom as we had planned to do, we decided to go ahead with having a lovely retaining wall and matching pavers installed to fully enhance our new space.  This is the first time we've ever had a level pathway across our backyard.  It makes everything so much easier!  This also corrected previous poor drainage problems affecting our yard, so that was an unexpected added bonus.

Our addition turned out better than we could ever have imagined and at a far better price than several quotes we received from other companies.  Our initial quote from WISA was easily only half the cost of the quotes from other home improvement companies we contacted.  Also, the WISA showroom has just as much selection of products as other companies do; and they will go above and beyond to help you find just the right flooring, tiling, bathroom fixtures, and other options even beyond what they carry in their large onsite showroom.  From initial design, to pulling permits, to their advanced experience in coordinating and carrying out plans in compliance with homeowner association (HOA) approval, to final completion of a beautifully constructed new room, deck, and backyard retention wall and paver layout, they are truly top-notch!

We are beyond thrilled with our new space and would highly consider WISA for any other projects – like those bathroom renovations – that we plan to tackle in the future!  In fact, we have already recommended them to others, as well.  This was such a wise decision and a wonderful investment in both the beauty and value of our home!  Our room addition is now like a bit of a vacation retreat!...

Another 5-star remodeling service with WISA. After a flooding incident, it was the right time to completely re-do an upstairs bathroom, which is now the go-to bathroom for anyone in the house because it looks so fantastic. Clear communication, quality materials, excellent flexibility, and comfort with a nosy family pet who wanted to investigate each step: I have recommended WISA many times to friends who have been equally satisfied, and I plan on working with them again to fix up the kitchen following the same flooding incident. We recently had WISA Solutions remodel two full bathrooms in our 60 year old house. This was our second home renovation project with WISA. They completely remodeled the entire lower level of our house last year which included a new full bathroom, a new living space, new flooring, and all new plumbing, electrical wiring and lighting. All of their work is top notch, from the design to construction to the finished product! We especially appreciate the help with design and materials ideas and selections from Kate and Kelsey , as well as the work ethic of every one of the WISA team. I have used WISA for all my home projects since 2013 and have been extremely happy with all their work!  They provide quality and beautiful results while being reliable and respectful of my home. From the owners to the designers and every worker!  Communication, product selection, timelines, dependability and honesty are some of the great things this company provides consistently.
I’ve had 5 huge projects done to my home:
2013: 2 bathroom renovations
2017: new roof and 3rd bathroom renovation
2024: ENTIRE HOUSE renovation (kitchen, bathroom, new floors, staircase updated, new windows, all interior and exterior doors, interior and exterior painting, fireplace renovation)
2024: replaced and upgraded patio
Here’s the reasons I return to WISA for every need:
1.  Reliable:  Waris and Daoud have a wonderful team. They arrive every day (6 days/week) on time and work diligently the entire day.
2. Excellent pricing and product selection:  Waris and Daoud give excellent quotes on their work and make great suggestions on the best way to improve your project. They are honest and will let you know of any changes needed or if problems have been uncovered. Their suggestions for solutions are always helpful and reasonable. And the ability to go to their showroom to pick all your products is a huge benefit!
3.  Quality workers:  the guys all work for WISA. No subcontractors!  Demo, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and tiling is all done by WISA workers. And some of the crew are the same guys that worked on my home from 2013!  They have a supervisor on site and the manager visits daily plus the owners come by frequently to check on the project. Everyone is friendly, respectful and professional. Communication is excellent!
4.  CLEAN!  They prepare your home, place plastic and wrap/move furniture to minimize dust and prevent damage. Plus they clean the worksite daily.
5.  Dependable and trustworthy:  I know this team and have trusted them without any reservations. Had a lockbox on the house and even went on vacation during projects without hesitation.
And the work is completed within the timeline!
We discussed any additional work (either unforeseen or my request) and pricing and timeline. All done to my complete satisfaction.
6.  Excellent results: my house is always better than I imagined. The carpentry and tile work is stunning!  Design is beautiful and functional. I’m thrilled with my home
7.  Excellent customer service!  Waris and Daoud are available immediately to discuss anything!  Their design staff also are accessible. My designer, Kate, emailed, called and stopped by throughout the process. They also encourage you to contact them post project for any issues.

I am never disappointed with WISA. They are a family owned business that treats me like family. I highly recommend them for excellent results and peace of mind. They make a stressful time much easier to go through and I have a beautiful home as a result....
