Michael is everything I could hope to expect from a classically trained Master Plumber.

Ultimately, my well just needed a shock, but the entire time he was here, this man generously spent the time to educate me on everything we had going on and layout a future plan of action.  To no surprise, everything he said checked out.

It's *extremely refreshing* to meet such an experienced tradesman who respects his work, teaches his customers, and is dedicated to his craft.  I simply don't possess the vocabulary to convey how impressed I am.

I called The Plumbing Express today with the problem of a cracked toilet and flappers that need to be installed. We already had the parts on hand, but within an hour Jason was here and my plumbing problems are already fixed!  I am positive I’ve never had such a wonderful experience with any repair in my life!  Jason was great about explaining why he was doing what he was doing, he was very careful about protecting my floors as he worked, and perfect with clean up afterwards. Jen at the home office was very understanding of scheduling changes and the most polite and professional customer service rep I’ve dealt with across any industry ever.  Michael and James were both very professional. They completed expert reconnect of gas stove, installation of sink disposal, and reconnect of faucets and dishwasher after recent kitchen remodel. The only plumbing service I’ll ever use again. Awesome job, great people...
