Hello there, we are Michael and Jenn Butts. We are the owners of The Plumbing Express! Michael has worked in the plumbing field for 15 years. Owning our own plumbing business is what we both worked extremely hard to achieve. It took a lot of late nights on the job, weekends, and some holidays to get where we are today. Our number one priority is customer service, we want to build relationships with our customers and make them feel important and valued; because they are. Our septic system backed up on a Friday. No water going into the weekend was not going to be good news. We were able to get an appointment with Plumbing Express on Saturday 12-2pm. We did have another local company come out the same day for an estimate. The quote was a bit high. Saturday late morning we were given a text update with the estimated arrival of Jason our technician. We were even able to track his arrival through a text message link. When he arrived he was quick, knowledgeable, and professional. The price was almost half of the other company's quote. Jason had our problem solved in no time. I would recommend Plumbing Express to anyone looking for a local company to solve their plumbing needs...

Jason Richard provided excellent plumbing service in a home visit. He used Plumbing Express’s software to provide me with options, including cost estimates, so that I had a choice in what to do and how much to spend. Both he and his helper worked efficiently and quickly, and got the job done per their estimate. I’m favorably impressed with Plumbing Express’s work and will use them again...
