At 53 years old, this is actually the first Google review I have ever written, and I felt compelled to do so because of how outstanding my experience was with this contractor. After meeting with and receiving quotes from three different companies, I carefully evaluated each option. While this contractor was not the cheapest, they were also not the most expensive. What set them apart was their honesty, professionalism, transparency, and the confidence they gave me throughout the entire process. The scope of work on my home was extensive, including a new roof, James Hardie siding, replacement doors and windows, and new gutters. From the very beginning, the team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. The quality of the finished work exceeded my expectations and completely transformed the exterior of my home. What impressed me the most was the level of communication and project oversight. Ruben and Richard personally visited the job site every day to monitor progress, answer questions, and ensure everything was being completed to the highest standards. Daily communication kept me informed throughout the project, and I never had to wonder what was happening or when the next steps would take place. Over the course of the project, I also had the opportunity to get to know Ruben more each day, and I can honestly say he is an excellent human being. Beyond his professionalism, his family-oriented values and kindness truly stood out. I was also impressed to learn about his dream of establishing a nonprofit foundation to support woodpecker wildlife, as he is an avid bird enthusiast and has a special passion for woodpeckers. That personal commitment says a lot about the type of person he is. Finding a contractor you can trust is not easy, especially for a project of this size. Ruben, Richard, and their team delivered exactly what they promised, treated my home with respect, and made the entire process as stress-free as possible. I am extremely grateful for their hard work, dedication, and professionalism. We had a great experience. We got 3 quotes on our roof. Richard was the most professional and the quote was in budget. Then, Ruben sent out his team and they took care of everything. I have to say communication was excellent. I was updated throughout the process. The crew cleaned up as they worked and took care of my property.
