Columbia Contracting made my roof replacement as painless a process as possible. Starting with the initial consultation which, when I normally fill out the forms on the websites, most companies respond a few days later. Erwin called the same day and made an appointment to do the roof inspection. He showed up exactly when promised and used a drone to conduct a confirmation inspection of what he had already researched prior to his visit. The customer service and commitment to appointments is second to none.

On the day of the roof replacement, Erwin and his team arrived exactly when they said they would and commenced work on the roof like a swarm of "roofing bees" staying busy the entire day. Erwin remained on site and was available the entire time for any questions or concerns. My entire roof was replaced in a single day to include all cleanup.

As a retired military officer, the professionalism, punctuality and commitment to what was promised thoroughly impress me. I can offer no higher compliment to Erwin and the team of "roofing bees" at Columbia Contracting LLC...

We are very impressed with the professional work this company did for us. The crew came everyday, right on time and worked tirelessly through the heat to finish the dock on time. Such an incredible experience having our roof replaced. Erwin was kind and personable. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be repaired and answered all my questions before I could ask.
The crew showed up all on time and were fantastic. Roof was done in half a day and their clean up left everything around the house spotless. Erwin came back and did a final check of everything and ran a magnet again around the house like he said he would.
I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Serrano (Father) a couple years ago for an estimate to replace the roof back then. Unfortunately we were unable to afford the replacement then but he offered to make some repairs to carry us over. I promised Mr. Serrano that when we were ready to replace the roof we would use his services and we did and were not disappointed.
We plan on using them again for other projects without hesitation.
Great people and great company. Thank you Erwin and your whole crew!

Had Columbia put a new roof on my house over here in Ladysmith.  Erwin is a very solid guy and was efficient and effective.  I was surprised at how quickly his crew was able to get the project up and running.  I did not make Erwin's life particularly easy, as I had already selected and purchased the exact components that I wanted and basically asked Erwin's crew to do a one-off install.  His guys were solid.  The roof was installed almost exactly one year ago and we have been issue-free!  Over all recommend Columbia; good service at a very competitive price...
