The Columbia crew were fast and technically superior.  They did a full and very complete job.  The old roof had been there about 20 years, so it was time.  They throroughly inspected every inch and we replaced about 7 sheets of CDX.  All of the flashing was removed and replaced with new and properly placed and caulked We also added new drip edge on all of the eaves.  All of the cheap, trashy, leaking vent stacks were replaced with permanent, heavy duty boots. Columbia's technical expertise coupled with the use of high end Owens Corning Duration shingles and synthetic underlayment buttoned up this house nicely and absolutely should last the remainder of my lifetime.  If there is ever a problem though, my roof is protected by the OC warranty, which is the best in the industry.  Erwin Serrano, the owner and project manager was outstanding.  He was incredibly generous with his time and a stickler for detail work.  He managed complex workflows like a seasoned professional.  He has great follow through and leaves nothing to chance. I feel we were lucky to meet and have him personally supervise this tear-off and roof installation.  Thanks guys!  Have a terrific holiday season...

Another fantastic experience with Columbia Contracting! This time we added a sunroom, 12x12' and it came out great! Very fair pricing. We had our deck replaced and the whole experience was excellent. The team kept us updated from start to finish, and the final result came out even better than we expected. The price was fair and the quality of the work was excellent. The crew was great to have around, hard-working, professional, and genuinely nice people.
