I recently had a repair completed by Pond Roofing & Exteriors and had a generally positive experience overall. Dom handled the sales process well — he arrived on time for the initial appointment and was professional throughout. Communication did lag afterward, as I didn’t hear from the company for over two weeks, but they were still able to schedule and complete the repair within about three weeks of initial deposit. On install day, the crew of five arrived on time with site manager Felipe, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to questions. I made a point to confirm material matching beforehand, requested a walkthrough of the work, and asked for before-and-after photos. Some of the workflow steps discussed during the sales process didn’t appear to be followed, as no secondary onsite review and measurements took place before the final install. That said, the work itself was completed to my satisfaction. The price felt on the higher side, but fair given the quality of work and personnel involved. I would recommend that customers plan to be present during installation and ask detailed questions upfront to ensure expectations and roofing materials are aligned...

Everyone at Pond was so kind and thoughtful when it came to what we needed. Our home insurance company required a roof replacement and our sales experience with Nic made us select Pond over the other quotes we received. He didn't try to push us to over spend and any recommendations he made were provided without being pushy. He actually made recommendations on ways we could save money. On top of that, the day the crew came to complete the job, they noticed a fan pipe for our bathroom vent laying in our attic and installed it for us (no extra charge :)). Installation only took a day but they came twice to ensure the site was spotless after. I'll be recommending them in the future for any of my neighbors looking to replace their roof...

I contacted Pond after getting ghosted by one roofing contractor and given a really high quote by another. Pond responded to my inquiry and set up an appointment for an estimate within 24 hours. Maynard arrived on time and immediately informed me that he did not believe it was what the original company thought it was. He worked quickly to confirm his suspicion and was able to fix the the same day and saved me thousands. Super polite, humble and honest guy. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them for future repairs...

Pond Roofing did a great job replacing my old roof and most of the roofing ply wood that was very old. They supplied their best quality 50 year roofing tile for a very reasonable price and when they finished the roofing job, their cleanup was excellent. My wife and I only found one nail that had lodged itself under a rubber matt in the back yard. I would highly recommend this company for a their quality work and product at a fair price...
