When I began researching roof repairs and replacement, I had several companies come out to inspect my roof. I ultimately chose Pond because of the level of care and diligence they demonstrated during the inspection process.

The inspection by Nic from Pond was much more thorough than those I received from the other companies. He provided detailed information about the current condition of my roof and clearly explained my options. Since this was a major project and I had very little knowledge about roof repairs beforehand, that thoroughness gave me much more confidence in choosing Pond.

Once I decided to move forward, I was very happy with how smoothly everything proceeded. Based on the condition of my roof, a complete replacement was determined to be the best option. Pond’s project coordinator, Nataly, scheduled everything quickly, communicated promptly and effectively, and kept the process moving. The roof replacement was completed in just two days.

The crew did an excellent job cleaning up afterward, and they also replaced the entire gutter system once the roof was finished. The gutter replacement required some rerouting because of design issues with the original system, and that work was handled very well.

One thing that really stood out to me was how Pond handled my whole-house fan. The other contractors I met with told me it was an attic fan and recommended removing it. I knew that wasn't correct because I use the fan regularly. Pond actually listened to me, inspected it, and confirmed that it was a whole-house fan. They replaced the damaged unit and even arranged for an electrician to come out afterward to wire it. I really appreciated that they took the time to understand what I needed instead of simply recommending that it be removed.

Replacing a roof is a huge project, especially when you don't have much experience with this type of work. Pond made the process straightforward and gave me confidence from the initial inspection through completion. I would definitely recommend Pond to anyone considering roof repairs or replacement. Their attention to detail, thorough inspection, communication, and willingness to listen made the entire experience go very smoothly....

Pond Roofing professionalism, customer service, and quality of work have surpassed all of my expectations.
First, the thoroughness in assessing the actual need and state of repair was incredible. They approach it from a "what's truly needed" perspective, and not a "what can I upsell?".  Secondly, they work on partial roof repairs instead of being like other roofing companies that only do entire roof repairs. Lastly, the attention to quality when they realized that what was installed differed slightly in shading from what was expected and immediately corrected the discrepancy was amazing.

I will be single sourcing Pond Roofing for all my roofing needs!...

I recently had a repair completed by Pond Roofing & Exteriors and had a generally positive experience overall. Dom handled the sales process well — he arrived on time for the initial appointment and was professional throughout. Communication did lag afterward, as I didn’t hear from the company for over two weeks, but they were still able to schedule and complete the repair within about three weeks of initial deposit. On install day, the crew of five arrived on time with site manager Felipe, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to questions. I made a point to confirm material matching beforehand, requested a walkthrough of the work, and asked for before-and-after photos.

Some of the workflow steps discussed during the sales process didn’t appear to be followed, as no secondary onsite review and measurements took place before the final install. That said, the work itself was completed to my satisfaction. The price felt on the higher side, but fair given the quality of work and personnel involved. I would recommend that customers plan to be present during installation and ask detailed questions upfront to ensure expectations and roofing materials are aligned....

Everyone at Pond was so kind and thoughtful when it came to what we needed. Our home insurance company required a roof replacement and our sales experience with Nic made us select Pond over the other quotes we received. He didn't try to push us to over spend and any recommendations he made were provided without being pushy. He actually made recommendations on ways we could save money. On top of that, the day the crew came to complete the job, they noticed a fan pipe for our bathroom vent laying in our attic and installed it for us (no extra charge :)). Installation only took a day but they came twice to ensure the site was spotless after. I'll be recommending them in the future for any of my neighbors looking to replace their roof!...
