"The Columbia crew were fast and technically superior. They did a full and very complete job. The old roof had been there about 20 years, so it was time. They throroughly inspected every inch and we replaced about 7 sheets of CDX. All of the flashing was removed and replaced with new and properly placed and caulked We also added new drip edge on all of the eaves. All of the cheap, trashy, leaking vent stacks were replaced with permanent, heavy duty boots. Columbia's technical expertise coupled with the use of high end Owens Corning Duration shingles and synthetic underlayment buttoned up this house nicely and absolutely should last the remainder of my lifetime. If there is ever a problem though, my roof is protected by the OC warranty, which is the best in the industry. Erwin Serrano, the owner and project manager was outstanding. He was incredibly generous with his time and a stickler for detail work. He managed complex workflows like a seasoned professional. He has great follow through and leaves nothing to chance. I feel we were lucky to meet and have him personally supervise this tear-off and roof installation. Thanks guys! Have a terrific holiday season."

"We used this company the last time (2002) so were comfortable with the process. The estimator spent an hour walk through the attic and on the roof to survey the work. Then he gave us several options, of which we picked the mid-level job. He then gave a quote with all the work and materials detailed. We submitted an online deposit several days later. About four weeks we received notice that a team would be at the house to replace the roof. I prepared the attic with tarps because the estimator showed me several plywood sheets that would need to be replaced. The foreman and workers were great. We had a second crew to replace the gutter guards and do the final cleanup. We're very happy with the result. We didn't get other quotes for comparison."

We had the repairs completed and the guys they sent out were also very friendly and got the repairs done in a timely manner. I will say that the queue was very long as it took about 4 weeks before we could actually be scheduled for the repairs which was a bit unnerving since our issue was a leak and it rained several times between the initial consult and when the repairs were actually done.
