(Jorge was very good at getting us the help we needed with our plumbing issue. Austin was very skilled at doing his job and very informative—he fixed the problem very quickly. Totally recommend them and Mr. Rooter for plumbing needs.) UPDATE: I think I gave a positive review too soon—toilet still clogged, called Mr. Rooter and someone will come out again to fix the issue. Will change to 5 stars after the problem is completely resolved.FINAL: they sent the professional Mr. Tucker Jennings he came through on fixing the issue (I give him 5stars), in my opinion it was a bit overpriced because it took two trips to figured it out. I will only request Mr. Jennings for all the plumbing needs moving forward. Thank you...

One phone call and a super nice man named "Jorge" answered and was extremely kind. Assured me that he could have a technician here within a few hours. My technician "Austin" sent me a text and arrived early which was very appreciated. He did an amazing job capping off my water lines and removed the old water softener and took it away.
