Paul C. was fantastic! He was able to address the issues with my ceiling light box, fixed the problem and then even hung my new chandelier/fan. He was friendly, polite, fast and cleaned everything up after! Ten out of ten! Would recommend...

James Garcia was my tech and he was amazing. I had been trying to figure out the AC and resolve it myself, but I didn't understand the compressor well enough to do so, so I called Whipple. He dealt with my MANY questions and was kind and considerate. I didn't use their repair services because once we found the issue I knew it was well within my ability to fix. He did not pressure me or get frustrated with my decision to decline further help. In fact he made sure to point out a few safety suggestions and gave me his card to get direct help if I got stuck. Due to his accurate diagnosis of a failed capacitor I was able to get my ac running again the same day at minimal cost. Further, with his recommendations I have now created a maintenance schedule for the compressor so I don't run into this issue again...

Justin Stelly was absolutely incredible with helping me out! He came early on a holiday to help us with a plumbing emergency. He was friendly to everyone in the house, including the dogs, and put us all at ease. He explained things in a way that we were all able to understand and was welcoming/able to answer any questions we had for him. He took his time making sure that we had everything squared away and collaborated with the other members of the Whipple team to ensure everyone was on the same page for the game plan. He left us a card with all his information on it so that we could call with any questions or if we needed his help again. Not only was he efficient and caring with his work at our house, but he also kept things VERY clean. Our dogs absolutely loved him and he was a calming presence throughout the craziness of our plumbing issues. The Whipple team as a whole showed up quickly! Eduardo showed up first thing in the morning on Labor Day to get our emergency project assessed. He was able to bring out Justin to help with looking at the pipe damage, got a restoration team in, and gave us an overview of what the project steps and timeline would look like. They helped with making sure we were in contact with insurance and were transparent about pricing and the things that were necessary to get fixed. We were left with no questions and a clear idea of what happened and what the plan was to fix it. To have a plumbers, restoration, and inspectors come early on a holiday with last minute notice was more than we could have asked for! We look forward to working with them over the next week as we complete the projects in our home...

We called for an emergency inspection last Thursday and they got someone right over. Tim Mcpeters was thorough and explained everything from start to finish. We wound up needing to replace our water heater and I could not have asked for a better technician. He came out first thing this morning with a coworker and spent over 4 hours redoing things that had been done incorrectly by the prior homeowner. These poor guys definitely got a work out in due to us living on a hill and the house being 3 stories tall, with the water heater on the top level. They never once complained and were very focused on their work and completely cleaned up everything. Thank you so much for all you did!...
