The experience I received from this company was top notch. The crews worked hard and long to get my roof done quickly. Veteran Brothers supplied me with a personal project manager who was sure to communicate with me all the way through. The best thing I can say, is that when the insurance company denied my claim, Veteran Brothers took over and now I have a roof totally paid for by my insurance. I think that the insurance company was prepared to turn a homeowner away who had no industry knowledge, but when faced with an expert from Veteran Brothers, they had to write the check. I don't want to say Veteran Brothers was perfect but they satisfied my concerns immediately when asked. Its not always about a flawless project, but its how you satisfy your clients concerns.
