I needed to get my ac replaced. Mike came out and got me a quote the same day it broke!! He was easy to work with. He had excellent communication skills. Today, Caleb came out to install it. They sent me a text and showed up shortly after to get to work. I was thoroughly impressed with not only his knowledge, but his professionalism. He answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand them. After the installation was complete he spent time to go over my new system. He showed me everything. It was great to get a full walk through of my new system. I cannot recommend ETR enough. They had reasonable pricing, great equipment, and are easy to deal with...

As always ETR has done it again! Even though the technician(Cris) was late at another job he called and said it would be 15min. It was in fact 12min and they immediately assessed the problem and fixed right away. Thank you guys for keeping us cool in the summer! Cris and his apprentice were great people and patient. Had AC problem and called ETR to send someone out to look at it. Sydney came out and did a very fine job. She was very quick and thorough and explained everything. My A/C unit went out during the hottest time of the year. When I called ETR, they had someone there within 15 minutes to assess the situation and get it fixed. Jesus was awesome! He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Once he figured out the problem, he took time to show me the problems and to make sure that I didn’t feel like I was getting scammed or anything. He quickly replaced my broken fan motor and everything has worked great since then. I’m super happy with ETR and especially Jesus for the superior service...
