"I had a very positive experience with DFW Roofing Pro. I knew my roof had hail damage. I contacted 4 roofers. I picked DFW Roofing Pro for several reasons; #1 the sincerity and knowledge of the salesperson (Adam Rochester), #2 they seem to have quite a set up (ie. multiple professionals with different expertise), #3 they have individuals that if for some reason the insurance company denies your claim, they will challenge the insurance company and provide additional support data/paperwork. I made the right choice! The insurance company denied my roof claim and after 2 months of going back and forth, with the invaluable support of DFW Roofing Pro, my roof claim got approved. DFW Roofing Pro also offered incentives that I took advantage of (free upgrade to impact resistance roofing and free upgrade to 6" gutters). The install process went very quick. It took 3 days to replace the roof, gutters, garage, doors and power wash/stain the fence. I am very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of DFW Roofing Pro, as well as; their contractors. "We appreciate John and Blake’s team, they did a great job on our multiple projects. From the roof replacement and took responsibilty for the solar matters and the garage door replacement. They worked with us from the start to the end. They are punctual and did the roof in one day. John came personally to talk to us to resolve issues and answered questions and gave suggestions on the projects. Their office corresponded to our insurance and did important paperworks for us, it took awhile because the delays was coming from the insurance side. Anyways, the wait was worth it and the job itself was done on-time, professionally and efficient.
