George, with Roofing Ranger, was effective in being straight forward that based on experience and expertise we would have minimal stress and effort in dealing with insurance throughout the claims process. He promised no costs out of pocket and he absolutely delivered. Through no fault of Roofing Ranger, insurance was slow and dragged out several steps of the process but I was impressed with the initiative and persistence George showed in staying on top of them on our behalf. "Funny timing. I asked Roofing Ranger to inspect a small area on my roof for a leak repair. Days later, we are planning a full roof replacement after recorded hail damage from exactly 1 year ago discovered/demonstrated by Roofing Ranger. In fact, I think I had only two days to make the claim before it expired. Bottom line, new roof and all I paid was the upgrade to a much better shingle. I've never filed an insurance claim before, but Taylor walked me through the process as best as he could(rather complicated), answered my questions and provided some options. "I had a very positive experience with DFW Roofing Pro. I knew my roof had hail damage. I contacted 4 roofers. I picked DFW Roofing Pro for several reasons; #1 the sincerity and knowledge of the salesperson (Adam Rochester), #2 they seem to have quite a set up (ie. multiple professionals with different expertise), #3 they have individuals that if for some reason the insurance company denies your claim, they will challenge the insurance company and provide additional support data/paperwork. I made the right choice! The insurance company denied my roof claim and after 2 months of going back and forth, with the invaluable support of DFW Roofing Pro, my roof claim got approved.
