"Wow, what a great experience this company and team provided. I called them on Friday 11/21 for a leak found on roofing vents. 2 were bad and caused drywall ceiling damage in the garage. There were 3 others I had them replace for a total of 5 vent, ice/rain collars, flashing and shingles. Also had to cut out plywood on roof where wood was damaged/rotting. Shame on Drees Custom Homes as this home is only 6 years old. They also did all the drywall repair cutting out old, installing new, tape, mud, sand and plaster orange peel finish. Now the test of time to ensure that Morales Roofing repairs will last and I am sure it will with the professional materials and workmanship they provided. They did the roof repairs on Saturday 11/22 from Fridays call and estimate and finished the drywall the following Wednesday 11/26after another 2 inches of raid that proved that it was fixed.
