George, with Roofing Ranger, was effective in being straight forward that based on experience and expertise we would have minimal stress and effort in dealing with insurance throughout the claims process. Days later, we are planning a full roof replacement after recorded hail damage from exactly 1 year ago discovered/demonstrated by Roofing Ranger. In fact, I think I had only two days to make the claim before it expired. Bottom line, new roof and all I paid was the upgrade to a much better shingle. I've never filed an insurance claim before, but Taylor walked me through the process as best as he could(rather complicated), answered my questions and provided some options.
