Bradley was our initial contact with the company and he is a very respectful, compassionate and knowledgeable young man. Then we started to work with Tim once we progressed with them to finalize. Difficult insurance claim…Tim handled it. Supplier forgetting material…Tim handled it. Hiring a great install crew…Tim handled it. Cleanup…Tim handled it. All those extras that come up…Tim handled it and stood by his original estimate. I pray I never need another roof, but if I do, I wouldn’t use any other company. We have other projects in our future and Branded/Tim will be our go to for overseeing all of them."

"Tim is absolutely fantastic and the only contractor I will use from here on out! I'm not quick to trust as there are many shady contractors out there but he has definitely earned my trust! He came out the very next morning and got tarp put up on the roof to to prevent any leaks. I was devastated when my home, that I've owned for less than a year, was destroyed by hail but he did an excellent job at putting my mind at ease and making me feel much better about the entire situation. He was there for me throughout the entire process, answered my many phone calls, texts, and questions, even if it was 10 o'clock at night! Unfortunately, I had a very difficult adjuster but Tim worked diligently, going back and forth with him for days to get everything added to the insurance claim and showed up the day of the inspection to make sure they didn't miss anything. Even when they ran into issues with my decking after removing the old shingles, and the adjuster refused to add the necessary replacements to the claim, he took care of it and did not charge us more money! He did not ask for money up front before the job was started, did not cheap out on a single material, and went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with the nicest roof in the neighborhood! When the job was finished, no mess or nails were left behind. He's friendly, honest, hard working and really knows what he's doing. If you need a roofing contractor, Tim is the man to call!"

"I had a very positive experience with DFW Roofing Pro. I knew my roof had hail damage. I contacted 4 roofers. I picked DFW Roofing Pro for several reasons; #1 the sincerity and knowledge of the salesperson (Adam Rochester), #2 they seem to have quite a set up (ie. multiple professionals with different expertise), #3 they have individuals that if for some reason the insurance company denies your claim, they will challenge the insurance company and provide additional support data/paperwork.
