SOS heating and cooling llc

Do not use. Our warranty company referred SOS heating to come out to service our ac. SOS gave us a time of 11am-3pm. Which to me is entirely too long of a gap to wait. At 3:30 we were told 4. At 4 we were told in an hour. Never heard back until 7pm. At that time we were told he would arrive in 20 minutes and “be quick”. We waited until 7:40pm. It has been 24 hours since then and no one ever showed up. No one contacted us to say anything. My husband and I are suffering in heat with the thermostat reading 91 degrees. My poor dog is suffering as well. To add insult to injury, we missed a double date and the entire beginning of our movie for a date later. Wasted an entire day. I am extremely disappointed with this company and its unprofessional employee. There is no reason we should have to chase down SOS for updates. Our experience has been a nightmare especially given the sweltering heat we have been enduring. The frustration, discomfort, and poor service was unacceptable. They were dismissive and unhelpful. I strongly advise look elsewhere for a ac company. Save yourself the trouble...

Overall great experience! From start to finish, Sherman was on top of appointments, picking up supplies, and replacing our AC coil. He was very professional and helpful when answering our questions. We checked the repairs and Sherman did a better job than when we originally bought the system! Very impressed and would definitely recommend him...

SOS Heating and Cooling, Sherman, did an awesome job. Following an appt with Airtron, resulting from a contract with Reliant, the repair would have been over $1850, $850 out of my pocket for a new circuit board, in addition to another suggestion which would have resulted in an additional $495.00 more, I requested they go no further and I would contact my home warranty policy instead. SOS was contacted by Liberty Home the next day. Sherman called to confirm the appointment, was on time and took less than 15 minutes to diagnose and my AC system was working. He showed me that the electrical switch outside was turned off, obviously never turned back on by the previous Airtron Tech that had stated I needed a new circuit board. Going forward, I will be be cancelling my current AC maintenance contract with Reliant and changing to the SOS Heating & Cooling AC maintenance agreement. Thank you Sherman for excellent service...
