My roof installation was complex, as it was on a 4th-floor roof, and even my skylight installer refused to take on the project. Roof Squad, however, stepped up and offered to handle the skylight installation as an additional service, saving me the headache of having to find another installer. Even though the skylight measurements were wrong, Roof Squad accommodated and adjusted everything to make it work perfectly, which was a huge relief.
