I hired Twin Hammers Roofing for a roof replacement for a commercial building. Ryan Stewart patiently and thoroughly explained my options. After choosing a metal roof, Ryan presented a proposal. After considering proposals from others, I chose Twin Hammers' bid. The work was done promptly. As I was out of town, Ryan efficiently kept me informed of the progress. Christian also provided helpful information. The final invoice reflected my understanding of the original proposal. The roof is new but based on my experience to date, I am very satisfied with the professionalism and quality work of Twin Hammers and highly recommend it for roofing services...

We had our roof redone last summer after a hail storm totaled it. I'm writing the review now because I just recently received a follow up call from Ryan asking how we were liking the new roof. I had met Ryan previously and gave him a call hoping he could help since I had not been able to find a roofing company where I live. Thankfully Twin Hammers was able to travel over an hour west of San Antonio to fix our roof. Ryan and his team handled everything with our insurance company and was extremely professional. I appreciated that Ryan always returned my calls and didn't get annoyed with the hundreds of questions we had for him. He's a super friendly guy that explained everything well and made sure we were happy with what we had chosen. There are a lot of roofing companies to choose from but Twin Hammers has some of the best customer service I've ever had. Highly recommended...
