Amazing customer service on a night filled with stress and fear. The first company I called based on a friend’s recommendation. I’m so glad I did! I called the number and left a message shortly after I discovered a nasty storm took part of our roof. DeeDee returned my call promptly and got me scheduled for a tarping since more rain was expected. Unfortunately they were booked out for a few days, but I took the appointment. Not sure what magic she worked, but she called me back within an hour or so and informed me someone would be calling me and would be trying to get to us that same evening. I received a call from Gilbert who just requested that I text him my information. He told me he has another stop about 45 min away (opposite direction across town) and would be trying his best to get to us. He texted and let me know when he was on his way. By 11:10 pm he was up on our second story assessing and tarping the damage. It rained the next morning and I didn’t have the fear of water damage because Gilbert and DeeDee had us covered (no pun intended). It had been a few days and Gilbert stopped back by the house to check in and answer any questions I had. They are currently helping me navigate this process and I’m so glad they’re kind, responsive, and professional! We have yet to get the roof replaced, but I will be sticking with them and update when the services are completed! Highly recommend...

Excellent service from start to finish. Kudos to Steve, Alan and George. My roof looks amazing and work was done in. 100+ degree heat. Crew arrived on time and were quick and professional in their work. A thorough job and amazing look. Cleaned up all debris. I would like to thank all involved and appreciated the help in pushing my car and tow dolly out of the driveway, allowing access for their dumpster for the debris and old roofing material. I will be more than happy to refer anyone to Top Notch Roofing. They live up to their company's name. Well done all...
