We contacted Legacy after experiencing hail damage in September 2026. We had spoken to several contractors, but Mark and his team stood out above the rest with their dedication to professionalism, but also giving a personal touch. We really appreciate that they are local and that they were willing and able to meet with us whenever we had questions. The work was done in a very timely manner and excellent care was taken on the removal and cleanup of everything that needed to be done. The new roof looks great! In addition to the roof tiles, they corrected a venting issue, added protection to keep animals out of the attic, and took care of the window screens. More than just roofers! Highly recommend....

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience with Legacy Home Improvements

I had an excellent experience with Legacy Home Improvements from start to finish. They were outstanding in helping me communicate with my insurance company and worked diligently to ensure more of my property was approved for repairs. Their knowledge of the insurance claims process made a huge difference and helped maximize my claim.

The roofing crew and repair teams were professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. They completed the work with great attention to detail, kept the work area clean, and delivered high-quality results.

If you’re looking for a contractor who truly advocates for their customers, provides exceptional workmanship, and stands behind their work, I highly recommend Legacy Home Improvements. They exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again....

Nine years ago, we had our roof replaced by a reputable roofer in San Antonio with expensive designer shingles. About four months ago, problems started. I spoke with our insurance agent who said he would ask Legacy Home Improvements to come by to check it out. That very evening, Mark White arrived to see what the problems were. He was very thorough, spending time in the attic, on the roof and checking around the exterior perimeter. He determined what had been happening to cause the roofing problem. The next day, of his own initiative, he returned with a member of his team to do some testing on another problem with the roof. He also found the root of that problem. While he was here, and in speaking with him, I found Mr. White to be very professional, instilling me with confidence that he knew of what he spoke. Additionally, he was very warm and friendly, giving me the impression that he genuinely cared about listening to me and helping with the problem. If he were a doctor, I'd say he had an excellent bedside manner. Instead, as founder and owner of a well-known and highly respected company, I'd say he seems very trustworthy, straight-forward, and capable. The type of man you could feel good about doing business with....

Working with Mark and his team at Legacy Home Improvements has been one of the best experiences I could’ve had. After a recent severe hail storm, Mark reached out to me and set up an appointment to look over the damage. They gave me the most comprehensive report I’ve ever seen and they were the only ones that actually provided the report to me. I will only be using Legacy Home Improvements for all my future home repair needs! The best people!...
