Nine years ago, we had our roof replaced by a reputable roofer in San Antonio with expensive designer shingles. About four months ago, problems started. I spoke with our insurance agent who said he would ask Legacy Home Improvements to come by to check it out. That very evening, Mark White arrived to see what the problems were. He was very thorough, spending time in the attic, on the roof and checking around the exterior perimeter. He determined what had been happening to cause the roofing problem. The next day, of his own initiative, he returned with a member of his team to do some testing on another problem with the roof. He also found the root of that problem. While he was here, and in speaking with him, I found Mr. White to be very professional, instilling me with confidence that he knew of what he spoke. Additionally, he was very warm and friendly, giving me the impression that he genuinely cared about listening to me and helping with the problem. If he were a doctor, I'd say he had an excellent bedside manner. Instead, as founder and owner of a well-known and highly respected company, I'd say he seems very trustworthy, straight-forward, and capable. FANTASTIC. Mark made the process so simple. No hassles what so ever. Roofing crew was awesome. Put tarps down everywhere to catch all the roofing debris.  He  was recommended to me by one of his return customers and I am VERY, VERY satisfied with the work done. A++ rating from me! And everything was done in 1 day on my two story home...
