I don’t normally write reviews but I am thrilled with our new metal roof from Blues Crews. I researched and interviewed many companies in and near San Antonio to assist us with our roof and gutters. When I met Stetson Holland, roofing system expert from Blues Crews Roofing, I was immediately impressed by his meticulous roof assessment, thorough explanations and his many years of experience in the roofing industry, as well as his high integrity and character. His bid for the roof and gutters was reasonable and detailed all the work to be performed. He also assembled a team for us to meet, Including the foreman of the roof installers, gutter expert and installers, and also brought the owner of the Blues Crews to inspect and provide recommendations We felt fully supported and guided through the whole process. Because we live in a historic district, additional approvals are necessary, and Blues Crews Roofing handled permits and approvals efficiently, expeditiously, and with a very high level of competence. In our opinion, they did outstanding work, and the roof and gutters look beautiful, even attracting attention of passers by who stopped as the work was being carried out. I would recommend Stetson Holland and Blues Crews Roofing without hesitation...

If I could rate Blues Crew higher than 5 stars I would! We called and Jacob stopped by to give us an estimate, took a few drone images and explained what we were seeing; not the best news, but he assured us that he would explain everything each step of the way. Everything he mentioned that would happen did! His “crew” placed down tarps to catch the debris, covered the ac units, and went to work. And work, did they! Jacob has the best team I’ve seen, which nowadays, is kind of rare. While one team was removing material, another team did the clean up. Everyone worked in sync to the point where by the time the last individual finished up top, they were also wrapping up everything on the ground level. We’re in awe of the level of professionalism Jacob and his team exhibited from start to finish! Even the few phone calls to the office for questions were pleasant. I apologize for such a long post, but my point is, in the current state of the economy you want to know that you are getting your moneys worth. Especially when paying for something as expensive as a roof for your home. If you’re on the fence, just know we were too, and Blues Crews exceeded expectations! TEN STARS!...

I highly recommend Blues Crews Roofing and Gutters for your next roof replacement. They provided excellent service and outstanding communication throughout the work process. The company also provided photos of what needed to be done and of completed work. This made for easy communication with my insurance company. Needs and costs were explained thoroughly. The skillful workers competed the work and left the area absolutely clean!

Had damage to my roof from those 50 mph wind gusts that came through a few weeks ago. The next day I had a sales card on my door from Blues Crews Roofing and I initially thought it was just some storm chaser who will come and tell me I need a whole new roof or do a small repair and charge me double what it’s worth.  I decided to look them up and saw the previous reviews and I will tell you they live up to the 5-star standard. Christian Moreno was great! He was on time for the quote walk through, took pictures to show me, and explained what he would be doing and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need.  They took care of the repairs promptly and showed me pictures of the progress and final install.  Will be recommending to anyone I know needing roof repairs as well as the company I work for...
