They seem like a good company. Everyone that I dealt with there was pleasant and professional, but they took far too long to finish the job. They had to work with the management at our business, and granted it was not easy to do so, but had they tried a little harder to coordinate with them the job would have been done much sooner.
It rained after they did their initial work and water came pouring out of the roof and through the florescent lighting fixture. Worse yet, they did not return my repeated calls for several days when I called to ask them to fix it, during which time we had more rain and more water poured into the business. When they did finally get back to me, they fixed it right away, but who knows what damage was done in the meantime.
My main complaint was the lack of communication. Some of the time my contact would get back to me right away, but other times it was days before I received a response. One time it was so bad that I had to call into the main office and talk to his boss to get him to finally respond to me.
In the end, they did a fine job. Overall, aside from the aforementioned lack of communication and cooperation, they were very affable and professional. I would actually recommend them, but I would recommend contacting the main office at the first sign of what I experienced with sometime long delays in communication...
